Nashville, Davidson County – Our client was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of firearms. The client was 19 years old and was stopped in Davidson County and charged. We reached an agreement to complete the “Violence Interrupted” course at Dismiss House. An agreement was reached to dismiss both charges upon completion of the program. ** Note that the Davidson County District Attorney General implemented a policy of requiring jail time on ALL gun charges, regardless of the severity, in the summer of 2018.
