Our client was charged with drug possession, having a prohibited weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Mt. Juliet TN Police Dept. It was important to avoid a conviction that would hinder his employment prospects. Our client followed our advice and provided 3 clean drug screens and had an alcohol and drug assessment. After reviewing the tape and assessing the problems with the case, we were able to obtain a dismissal of all charges on the client’s behalf.
