Possession and Intent Case Results Carthage, Tennessee

Client had a charge of Possession of Marijuana and Possession with Intent to Sell a Schedule II, Oxymorphone in Smith County, Carthage, Tennessee. After many conversations with the client, and thorough investigation, we were able to show the District Attorney that all of the pills found were medically prescribed to the client and were within the client’s legal possession. All of the charges were then dismissed on payment of costs, and the client did not have any charges on their records. A successful day in Smith County.
