Charge: Domestic Assault

Client was accused of assaulting a girlfriend at their home in Lebanon (Wilson County) Tennessee. The responding and arresting officer saw the alleged victim with a bleeding nose and swollen eye. The girlfriend had confronted the defendant over an alleged other women where a scuffle occurred. The defendant was alleged to have hit the victim with a closed fist. After an extensive investigation and witness interviews, the state was convinced to drop all charges against the Defendant.
