Client charged with Felony Reckless Endangerment after a firearm he owned was accidentally fired inside an apartment building placing others in danger. Proof showed client owned but didn’t fire gun although he was present and provided the weapon. A flaw in the warrant made it facially invalid and hence case was dismissed in total
