Client charged with DUI. Client held a pilots license and worked in Aviation field. The blood test was above the legal limit but by disputing this fact, with some showing of efforts to avoid a repeat of the same offense through appropriate classes, the charge was reduced to Reckless Driving with no jail time or license suspension. A happy pilot on this one.
