Details: Client was involved in a minor accident and returned to the scene. After his arrest for DUI, his blood was taken via search warrant and the result exceeded the legal limit by 2 times. A close look at the case found some significant irregularities in the process of obtaining the blood sample and, as a result, an agreement was reached dismissing the DUI charge to an alternative offense with no jail time or loss of license.
