In 2025, our client was charged in Wilson County, Tennessee with Driving Under the Influence. The client was stopped for speeding, 30 mph over the posted speed limit. The client was alleged to have smelled of alcohol, exhibited signs of impairment, and asked out of the car. The client was administered field sobriety tests and placed under arrest. The client consented to a blood draw, and it was performed at a local hospital. The blood was sent off for chemical testing. The client was booked into the Wilson County jail and released after posting a bond.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported the client’s blood alcohol to be lower than the limit legal along with no drugs or medications. Upon obtaining this information and presenting it to the District Attorney, the case was outright dismissed. The case has since been expunged, meaning all public records have been destroyed.
