Penny has worked in the legal field for more than 27 years. Highly experienced and respected paralegal by not only by her peers and other attorneys, her compassionate and kind attitude provides comfort and strength to the clients she serves. She combines a strong work ethic with a commonsense attitude that clients easily relate.
Over her lengthy career, she has worked in almost every area of the legal field, including criminal and civil litigation; social security, workers’ compensation, real estate, family law, adoption, estate planning and probate.
Penny has served our firm and clients for the last 5 years in the Family Law Division. She is the Mother of 3, and grandmother to 10. She is a proud native of Smith County, Tennessee, and a member of Living Water Ministries, and serves as the church secretary.
